This 3-year-old fawn gentleman—Lyra’s “brother from another mother”—is ready to find his lucky charm.
Patrick spent his entire life with one owner before a change in circumstances brought both him and Lyra into APR’s care. That’s a big adjustment, but Patrick is taking it all in stride like the solid, easygoing pug he is.

Patrick is the definition of a traditional fawn pug—sturdy, expressive, and estimated around 25 lbs of pure pug perfection.
The Perfect Companion:
Having lived his whole life as a beloved pet, Patrick already knows how to be a top-tier house dog—equal parts loyal shadow, couch buddy, and expert snorer. 
Vetting Underway:
Patrick arrived with a rabies vaccine and will be visiting our vet soon to get fully up to date and neutered so he can start his next chapter healthy and ready.
Patrick is very much a “people pug”—the kind of dog who just wants to be wherever you are, whether that’s out for a walk or settled in for a quiet night at home.
He’s currently settling into his foster home in Virginia and making a great first impression. As we learn more about his personality, we’ll keep you posted—but if you love a classic, steady companion, Patrick Flynn is already worth a look.
