Introducing the One, the Only… Prince Rigby Chase!
We are so excited to welcome this handsome 1.6-year-old “Bugg” (Pug/Boston Terrier mix) into the APR family! Rigby Chase weighs around 20 pounds and is bringing all his fun, vibrant energy to his foster home.
Rigby came to us as an emergency owner surrender. He’d been with his previous family since he was a puppy, so this is a big transition for him — but his future is incredibly bright! True to his Boston Terrier roots, Rigby has plenty of athletic, high-octane energy and one specialized hobby: he is a certified, elite destroyer of plush stuffy toys.
Rigby loves:
- Zooming around with his signature Boston Terrier energy
- Destroying plush toys (a true specialist!)
- Learning and settling in at his own pace
Rigby is looking for:
A patient, active home that can help him decompress and let his goofy personality shine. Still learning around cats.
While his surrender notes mentioned he was good with cats, he’s showing a little too much interest in them right now — we think he’s just overwhelmed by his new environment, so his fosters are helping him learn the ropes.
On the medical front, Rigby is just starting his vetting journey and will be caught up on all his care soon.
