A Pug Story...

Francesca Anya—affectionately known as Frankie—is a sweet senior pug estimated to be around 10–11 years old. She’s been with her previous owner since puppyhood, making this transition especially difficult—and deserving of care and compassion.

Frankie is a gentle senior who needs a calm, structured environment where she can feel safe and secure. Due to changes in her previous household, including ongoing conflict with another dog, her family made the heartbreaking decision to seek help so Frankie could live out her remaining years in peace.

She would do best in a quieter home without dogs that may challenge her physically or emotionally. Frankie is not a dog for chaos or competition—she needs stability, kindness, and a predictable routine. She is a devoted companion who wants nothing more than to be close to her people and enjoy the comfort she has always known.

Frankie will receive a full veterinary evaluation so we can best understand her needs and ensure she is matched with the right forever home.
