Annie Elizabeth was an owner surrender. She comes to Appalachian Pug Rescue in need of a lot of care.
Annie has a double ear infection, which may be the source of her head tilt. She is on heavy antibiotics. She is also blind and her eyes produce no tears, so she is being evaluated for KCS.
