Ginger Rachael – Abandonded at a gas station, now living the life!

Ginger Rachael’s Story
Ginger Rachael was homeless and cold at the end of 2022 with two other female pugs. She was the youngest of the three and was very malnourished. She, like the other three pugs, had rotting teeth, poor skin/coat health, nails so long they grew into the pads, and she was filthy.

But look at her now!! Happy, healthy, and well-loved.

From Ginger Rachael’s Family:
We had the greatest experience with Appalachian Pug Rescue. They are a smaller rescue and take their time to make sure their pugs go to the perfect family. We are incredibly grateful to Kelly and the foster family for rescuing our sweet baby and giving her the life she deserves. They are kind, genuine and trustworthy. Knowing what we know now,  I would never rescue from another shelter. This has been such a wonderful experience and we have Appalachian Pug Rescue to thank for it. They are Pug Angels!

Ginger has changed our lives in more ways than we imagined. We truly feel blessed that we were chosen to be Ginger’s forever family.
