milo adopted pug

Milo

Milo, a 6-7-year-old pug, made his way to APR through no fault of his own. He was one half of a bonded pair that were rescued by a neighbor from someone who could no longer care for them. She had already researched pug rescues in her local area, and APR was the first to respond. Milo quickly whittled his way into the hearts of all. After an uneventful neuter and vetting, he made his way to his forever home and is loving life!

From Milo’s Family

Milo showed up when he was needed most.

Milo came into our lives when we needed him the most. We had lost our pug, Reuben, and the pain we were going through was just terrible. I believe it was serendipitous for Milo and I to have found each other when we did. Thank you so much, Appalachian Pug Rescue for doing all that you do. You not only save the lives of pugs but you enrich the lives of the people who adopt them. You were very thorough in the interview process to ensure your rescue pugs are matched with the best families for them. We are so very grateful to have Milo in our lives. Every day is brighter because of him. So thank you,, again. You have forever changed our lives.
