One of the many tragedies of Covid was that it was a puppy mill boom!
Forest was just a year-old pug when he came to APR in 2021. Forest was a COVID-19 puppy mill furbaby; meaning the family was homebound and decided to bring a puppy into the fold. Sadly, the family did not have the time for him once life began to resume and he found himself crated for 12 hours a day. Thankfully, he found his way to APR! After a complicated neuter, he found his way to his forever family. Forest, now Otis, is so full of life and energy and is very happily chasing all of the neighborhood pups at the local park!
